Woensdag Wakkert, 5Ritmes dansavond in ArnhemDansen maakt wakker, het blaast het vuur van leven in je aan. Elke week dansen we de 5Ritmes, als meditatie of als workout,
om te verbinden met jezelf en met anderen,
om in jezelf te zakken en uit jouw dak te gaan,
om jouw hart te luchten en jouw hoofd te legen.
Elke les is een open les. Soms dansen we aan de hand van een thema. Altijd met afwisselende muziek, met zorg uitgezocht.
Lokatie: MFC Klarendal kazerneplein 2, Arnhem
ingang tov verlengde Hoflaan 107, deur door en groene trap naar boven
