These series are set up to join with an intention to follow it as a whole of 5 classes.
As a possibility to immerse deeper into the map of the five rhythms and the theme of self care and self love. And in addition, also a chance to be sharing a space where we can build up trust and connections to ourselves and to others with a group of people over a period of time. I am opening this class with a minimum of 12 participants who can commit for the whole series.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
