Carol Sussman lives in Saint Augustine, Florida and has a background in Montessori Education , child development, dance and art. Practicing 5Rhythms since 2007 she completed her 5Rhythms teacher certification in 2014. Carol's teaching is grounded in the idea that dance is where we fill our hearts, giving joy and light to renew ourselves offering a vehicle for joy and balance.
