In this workshop, we will be using the map of the 5Rhythms - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness - to help us examine the way we move through the world, both on and off the dance floor. We will dance with ourselves, in partnerships, and with the group as a whole, to help us peel back our masks, and reveal our authentic selves underneath.NOTAS
Wednesday mornings, 9:30 - 11:30am.
Cost: $100 if paid in full by Dec. 31, 2016
$120 after January 1st, 2017.
Please arrive about 10 min. early each morning so we can begin promptly. Please park on the right-hand side of the driveway, perpendicular to the drive. Dress in layers, and bring a water bottle and a journal to each session.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
