A Residential Movement Retreat with Francis Eliot (5Rhythms) & Blanche Mulholland (Somatic Alchemy).Breakthrough is an essential aspect of life. It is that timeless moment in the process of transformation when our old shell falls away & only truth remains.
We can never really predict the course or outcome of breakthrough because its very nature is that it leaves behind the person we thought we were, the one who believed they were running the show.
We can however prepare the ingredients for breakthrough & cultivate its potential.
On this retreat we will offer our self to the Dance of breakthrough by diving into the embodiment practices of 5Rhythms & Somatic Movement.
Along with dancing to wonderful music, we will commune around the fire, share delicious meals, bathe under the open sky in the giant cedarwood hot tub, shed skins in the sauna, and enjoy a forest walk to an exquisite waterfall where we’ll have the opportunity to be birthed anew by submerging our selves in the wild waters.
