Drawing upon the innate wisdom of our bodies and traversing the maps of the 5Rhythms and the meditative practice of yoga nidra, we will empty our minds, find our feet, and dive deeply into the inner landscapes of our body, heart, and soul. Each of us will leave the retreat with a new set of body-based mindfulness tools to apply at work, at home, in our relationships, and with the daily stressors we encounter.

Yoga Nidra is a lying-down, guided meditation that is currently being researched in VA hospitals and other clinical settings. This meditative practice invites us to encounter a deep sense of spacious presence while meeting the various patterns, emotions, and reactivity that block us from living an authentic, free life.
