In this one day workshop, we explore the 5Rhythms: Flowing Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness and the energy waves that they create. As we move our bodies to connect with these natural rhythms, we experience their catalytic power to heal, as well as cultivate the art and joy of moving with life's experiences.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
