DESCRIPCION
In these times of uncertainty and unknowns, it is so important that we areable to find our ground. With the world constantly shifting and changing, Ibelieve we all long to move through this chaos with a sense of ease androotedness. While the ground might feel shaky beneath your feet, thisworkshop invites you to dig into yourself, to uncover how you can nourishthe ground you stand on, enabling yourself to flourish and grow. Throughthis embodied practice, we will help each other strengthen our roots sothat the ground feels steady beneath our feet. Weather permitting, part of our time will be spent outdoors. All COVID protocols will be followed. All welcome, no experience necessary.NOTAS

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
