HEREN NOW continues going deeper into the meditation aspect of the 5 Rhythms and how it enriches our dance on the dance floor and in life - integrating body, feelings, mind and spirit.Rooting in breath and sensations we open to bring more of our selves to our dance, Inviting the physical senses into the dance we will be connecting receptively to the spacious HERE and to the moment of NOW- cultivating elevated presence to be taken into live, OUR INTENTION: To show up more fully in order to prepare our inner psycho-physical grounds to be empowered- dancing a journey toward hightened somatic-, physical, psychological and communal intelligence.
HERE NOW is a wave level workshop employing Gateways-, Shadow - und Tribal..
