Ecstatic Soul is a state of being and a journeyEcstatic Soul is a state of being when body, heart and mind are aligned in conscious awareness and aliveness. We go there through dancing the 5Rhythms.
Ecstatic comes from two Latin words: ex (meaning apart) and stasis (meaning standing) – indicating a state in which we are symbolically ‘standing apart’ from ourselves. True ecstasy is not just a fleeting moment of euphoria, it is the pleasure and the pain, the tears and the joys, the mundane and the extraordinary – a state of being in authentic embodied movement.
The Ecstatic Soul workshops are co-led by Ajay Rajani & Nikki Ashley.
INTEGRATION - 12th Sept 12-5pm, a 5hour Workshop, St Johns, Kensal Green
This workshop is about taking what your dance has revealed and integrating it back into the flow of daily life.
