We take this opportunity to dance with life, with death, and with those who came before us.

When somebody dies, we also face the ending of our own life.

In our daily routines we easily forget the finiteness, caught up in things to do, places to go, people to meet.

Till life calls us to pause. Often this happens in a crisis. An illness, a loss of a loved one. Dance is a great way to move with all the feelings that arise when it comes to life and death. Fear and courage, determination and forgiveness, grieve and dignity, the joy and necessity of connection. All in the mix.

Together we decorate the space with candles and flowers and fruits to call in the spirits. Celebrate their lifes, thank them for their lessons and set them free. We’ll have a feast to celebrate our earthy body, our precious presence here, right now. Our ability to feel, taste, dance, embody. Our ability to make a difference.
