Saturday eve will be a full on dance celebration for the light and dark in all of us.Both wise qualities: dark and light.
We will invite them, enter them, express their physical language and shake of the unnecessary balast. All welcome.
Sunday is a dancing day where we listen to the light within.
When it’s dark outside, there is this inner pilot burner, sharing it’s warmth and light through the winter, Soft, fragile, sometimes flikkering, but alway’s there. Through dance we tune in with that little flame inside, let’s see what it got to tell us?!
All welcome, if possible, join then also the Saturday night so we can dive deeper on Sunday.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
