DESCRIPCION
In this workshop we will use movement and metaphor to release what no longer serves us, practicing letting go of what is shaping us - limiting thought patterns beliefs, our conditioning. Exploring the third Rhythm of Chaos, we will cultivate the ability to release and surrender to the power and possibility of the present, opening to intuition as our guide, as we discover the "Power of Knowing" beyond the rational mind. This is the third in a series of five one day workshops, to give us the opportunity to experience more deeply what each rhythm has to offer. You are welcome to take as many or as few of these workshops as you like.NOTAS
No previous experience is necessary. Just a willingness to move and be moved. Please bring a water bottle, comfortable layers of clothing a journal/notebook and pen and your lunch. Workshop Hours: 10.30am - 5.00pm
