We come together to explore our experiences of 2019 and to release what is restricting us as we move forward to 2020. Exploring the 5Rhythms Waves map we find support in our individual dance and our dance as a group to discover what lies beyond self limitations.

Who can I be? How can I express my life force?

The intention is to offer gratitude and respect for our whole being and through our connected physical bodies find inspiration for 2020.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
