The human body is a complex organism which holds our past, present and future. It has the most incredible capacity to heal, to re-generate.Through the 5Rhythms we bring attention and awareness this body's system of cells, fluids, matter and memory. We will move through our physical emotional landscapes, uncovering the parts of ourselves that are suppressed, stunted or damaged and release trapped energy and catalyse it into new ways of moving, relating and being.
This is part three in a series of three workshops. You can attend individually or as a series.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
