Dancing, I remember who I am.
I am nature.
Imagine moving barefoot on green ground together, a morning sunlit sky arcing overhead, and a gentle warm breeze dancing across our skin.
We are in a forest grove.
We are by the shores of The Black River.
We are held by a 5Rhythms Wave of music, our breath, and by the sacred beauty of our surroundings.
This August, we will come together to listen to the wild wisdom of our bodies, and the moving mystery of the wilderness around us. We will let the 5Rhythms movement practice guide us into deeper connection with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world.
No previous 5Rhythms experience is needed. Silent Disco Headsets will be provided.
