DESCRIPCION
An important element of Dance to connect is the amazing gorgeous people that we meet on the dance floor. This session will be dedicated to this community of like minded generous souls. Coming together as a tribe, to dance, meet and share. The last 1/2hour will be purely to chill out together in the space after dancing. Please bring pillows and finger food to share if you feel inspired to.NOTAS
7:00pm - 9:30pm (Doors open at 6:45 pm)

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
