Do you know that feeling where you feel limited and the onlything that shouds in your head is “I NEED SPACE”? Your breath stops and isn’table to enter the body, the muscles get tense and we stop moving. When we bringthis call for freedom to our body and we start to investigate our relationshiptowards free space and boundaries, we create body-mind awareness. From thatawareness we will find out how much space we really need, but also how muchspace we actually can hold, and how important it is to know our boundaries andthe boundaries from others. This field of open space and boundaries is a livingorganism which moves and breathes its own rhythm. Within the limitations of ourbody the vocabulary of the movements is endless. Movement is able to createspace to breathe for ourselves and for others. When we can breathe we can staypresent, also in difficult times. And especially in these times our cry forspace is the loud.
This workshop we will play around with body, breath and create space in ourbody, heart and mind. We will expand our limits, feel liberated and able toexperience space in every moment.
