DESCRIPCION

Essence begins with rhythm. The beat of your heart and breath, the way in which you speak and listen, how you walk and wake up and begin the day ... it's all rhythm.

Friday night will be a journey through the 5Rhythms Wave: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. This will be a time to move and dance, to get out of your head and into your body.

Saturday we will go deeper into each rhythm. We will explore how they can be ally's in life, supporting and empowering you in your own rhythm and essence. This will be a day of releasing what is no longer needed and dancing into embodiment of your unique creativity, wisdom and intuition.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
