The transition from this old year into a new is a splendid moment to gather… together…to get there! This eighth years edition of Dancing on the Edge during the dark, short, cold days at the end of the year takes us on a quest allowing the light in us, experiencing the beauty of the dark, leaving the old behind, welcoming the new and above all taking and fully living our place in the circle, both in small context as well in relation to the bigger picture; We are the world! How can we do and be that, how can we fully live and celebrate our lives in these hectic, chaotic times? To gather… together… to get there!

In movement we’ll find our togetherness; we’ll move and breathe into exploring, adventurous dances, step by step clarifying our path; moving from old into new, dancing from on our own into together, becoming flexible and creative with all that we meet, becoming increasingly curious about what lives in all us that wants to be lived.

Come and share your breath, your dance, your laughs, your heart, your soul and your inspiration; we will celebrate this completion as a tribe, creatively moving together towards the New Year…

In this workshop we’ll use Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms dance meditation practice of flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness as our reliable resource, expanded with Eckhart Tolle-based meditation, bodywork and teachings. We’ll create a wonderful mixture of dance, bodywork, meditation, creativity, ritual and humor.
