Oliver’s 5 Rhythms BODY WAVES is a dance meditation that playfully invokes high and deep physical presence through passionate dancing with powerful music. Participants are guided into a deepening relationship with their outer and inner body, creating many moments to still the mind and liberate physically in the here and now through dance mediation. In this class movement becomes the medicine, the meditation and the metaphor. Beautiful things unfold in BODY WAVES.

Oliver Euchner is an accredited 5Rhythms teacher, trained in New York City by the late Gabrielle Roth and her son Jonathan Horan. He is also a father and passionate drummer. Oliver has been giving 5 Rhythm classes in New York City and Berlin, where he lives and where he is running his business. His background includes inner work, sacred movements and seated meditation in the direct lineage of G.I. Gurdjieff (Gurdjieff Foundation of New York) and a dedicated yoga practice (Teacher Certified by Richard Freeman). He is also a father, lover and drummer. Oliver has been based in Berlin and New York City, teaching the 5Rhythms and running his own business.
