About the Waves map
The Dancing Path begins with Waves, the foundation and fundamentals of the practice. The Rhythms of FLOWING, STACCATO, CHAOS, LYRICAL and STILLNESS are guiding us into an embodied state of Being. The Focus of the Waves level is experiencing the body as a fluid entity, with the outcome that we discover our feet and stop holding our breath.

About Megan Kelley
Megan nourishes embodied expression, release, and restoration. Her teaching invites the wilderness and wonder of body intelligence. Megan danced her first 5Rhythms Waves in 2013, completed the 2017 5Rhythms Sweat SpaceHolder orientation, and is currently in the 5Rhythms Waves Teacher Training 2019/20**. Megan is mentored by Philadelphia-based certified 5Rhythms teacher Rebekah Zhuraw.
**This class is offered as part of the requirements for completing the 5Rhythms Teacher Training Program. Megan Kelley is currently participating in the training path to become a certified 5Rhythms teacher. This class supports the trainee's growth and development as a 5Rhythms teacher.
