OPIS
Cambsdance is a community of people who love to dance and organise regular dynamic dance meditation classes in Cambridge. I have been invited to teach their Friday evening open class for over 10 years. Do come along and join us if you're in town or nearby.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
