👣 You will be led through a wave of musical beats and invited into a 5Rhythms® dance. By giving ourselves freedom to dance and move with spontaneity, we become present and our minds become still.

🎧 Prepare for the Class:

• Set your space in a way that feels good to you, e.g. lighting a candle or creating ambient lighting.

• If this is your first time, join 5 minutes before to work out any tech kinks.

• Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in and have a water bottle close-by.

• Have your computer charged or plugged in. If possible, be close to your WIFI (or plug in with an ethernet cable) for a good internet connection.

• Plug your computer into a set of external speakers (if you can) to enjoy the music more fully.
