These Tuesday evening classes are open to beginners and dancers who have danced for years. There are no steps to follow; this is an invitation from the heart to get out of the head, into the body and simply surrender to movement. This movement meditation practice invites us to be curious about how our dance unfolds in flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, over and over again. Let’s breathe, ground, express, release, expand and soften while we follow the movements of our body. You are welcome to join. Bring your friends, your heart, a bottle of water, your bare feet and the willingness to move and sweat.BILJEŠKE
