We will be moving through the 5 Rhythms, exploring in depth their energy and hidden treasures, letting them teach us their wisdom. 

AGILE:

Being AGILE is finding our core strength in the body and in our instincts, re-membering our naturals ways of moving and re-learning to trust our animal instincts.

Being AGILE involves the ability to be fluid in our hearts, to include the emotional realm and adapt quickly as life unfolds.

Being AGILE stretches the flexibility of our minds and the ability to shapeshift whilst still knowing where we want to go.

BEING AGILE is BEING present, moment after moment amid LIFE unfolding.

The 4 sessions of the week form a continuous exploration. And each one will be different allowing us to dive every evening in a different layer. 

It is possible to participate in all sessions or come to 3, 2 or 1 session.

Reduced price for the 4 sessions: 70 euros.

Per session: 20 euros for the 3 hours. Payable at the door.

If you can't afford to contribute because of loss of income related to the current crisis, a 'suspended wave fund' has been set up in the past weeks for this purpose. Just ask me when you pay to benefit from a half price suspended wave 🙂 (max 2 half price session per week :-)) . Let's all dance together!
