We will be moving through the 5 Rhythms, exploring in depth their energy and hidden treasures, letting them teach us their wisdom.

The 5 sessions of the week form a continuous exploration. And each one will be different allowing us to dive every evening in a different layer (Monday: Flowing / Tuesday: Staccato / Wesnesday: Chaos / Thursday: Lyrical / Friday: Stillness).

We will dance a first wave to explore in depth a rhythm and then a second one without guidance to increase our autonomy in the practice.

Practicals:

Location: Chaussée de Boondael 218, 1050 Bruxelles

• Tram 7 & 25, stop ‘Roffiaen’

• Tram 94, stop ‘Buyl’

• Bus 71, stop ‘Geo Bernier’

• Train, Etterbeek Station.

Parking possible in the courtyard of the school Chaussée de Boondael 216.

7pm till 10pm

It is possible to participate in all sessions or come to 4, 3, 2 or 1 session.

Reduced price for the 5 sessions: 90 euros payable at the door on Monday.

Per session: 22 euros for the 3 hours. Payable at the door.

It is not necessary to make a reservation, doors will close when we meet the 'covid gauge'.
