Come and dance the 5 Rhythms, a dynamic movement meditation. The 5 Rhythms: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, are 5 different movement qualities, together they make a wave of energy. You dance from the inside out and there are no special steps to learn. You dance in the now, come as you are!
