A heart-opening monthly 3 hour journey combining Sacred Cacao ceremony, meditation, Crystal Bowl Sound healing (occasionally) and 5Rhythms Dance, to listen to our heart's whispers, re-ignite its passions, and from that sacred space put our individual intentions into motion; a gentle re-setting ahead of each new month.

11am-2pm Last Saturday of every month (please check schedule monthly for any time/date changes OR cancellations due to public holidays)

On the first half of our 3 hours together, we start with group connection, intention setting and a short meditation to deepen the flow of Cacao in our system and to allow it to gently guide us into a beautiful heart opening.

The second half of our session will be a guided 5Rhythms Wave, to embody and set into creative motion our heart messages, as well as to heighten our connection to ourselves, to the group and to mystery

Occasionally, these sessions include Sound Healing by local certified practitioners
