It is that time of the year that invites us to look within, to dance out fully in the here and now and plant the seeds for the coming year. We will explore the five qualities of movement, following the 5Rhythms map: grounding, expressing the sparks of the heart, letting go of thought patterns, celebrating life and the healing impulses between the in breath and the outbreath. With the combination of writing, art, theatre and ritual. A few days’ workshop offers us an opportunity to dive deeper into the wilderness of our potentials and open the door of a new creation.
