Welcome to a weekend of in person 5Rhythms Heartbeat practice.We will be guided by a blend of passion and care as we explore what it means to embody compassion.
Landing in our physical reality, moving our bodies and opening our hearts to what is true, moment by moment
using the 5Rhythms physical and emotional maps as our guide
BILJEŠKE
In line with the guidance for indoor activities, there will be at least 100 square feet of space on the dance floor for all dancers.
You are asked not to come if you have cold, flu or covid symptoms (you will receive a full refund if this happens)

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
