Self-liberation explodes on the dance floor in different parts of our body as we move through the 5Rhythms creating spaces of freedom throughout our body.

Learning to trust in the Rhythms and our spontaneous dances helps us to Free parts of ourselves that perhaps have been repressed from our culture and education since childhood. 

In our dance we often  try to create the perfect dance as in life we try to create the  perfect  life of our dreams. Which inevitably brings us to a crossroads where the choices seem to involve the risk of facing the unknown versus the safety and comfort of all that we have come to trust. 

After a while the safty nets that we have created for every decision become a barrier between us and our freedom. 

In this workshop I would like to  work on finding our presence, trust and groundless in our bodies, heart sand souls.
