OPIS

Let’s face it, other people seem like work at times and emotions can get messy. We have all been betrayed and disappointed. It’s easy to avoid feeling our relationship scars and get sucked into a world of endless online distraction. The 5Rhythms is a safe practice of relating to shifting energy currents and using these currents to release lingering hurts. 

Harmonious relationships are something we all desire and yearn for. Humans have a deeply rooted desire to connect and be witnessed. In this workshop we will move through hidden relationship stories and reset the body into a state of balanced giving and receiving.  Feeling whole and not fragmented requires effort and remembering. 

Self and other are not really separate, there is one force moving through all of us. Our work is to remove the obstacles of separation.  This focused exploration has innumerable rewards; Lightness, wisdom and expanding into new possibilities are just a few. 

Ride the wild waves of relating.

All genders and sexual orientations are welcome. You can come solo or with your partner(s).

Registration and Information

Location: Rockford Grange Hood River, OR 

FRI NIGHT 7:00 – 9:30 pm,  SAT  11 – 6:30 pm,  SUN  1:30 – 6:30 pm

Cost:  $225 early registration, with payment on or before November 1, 2018          $250 registration after November 1, 2018     (75% refundable until November 2nd) 

Friday only:  $25 (no need to register, pay at the door)
