Atelier Approfondissement

La danse est par essence un art éphémère. Chaque mouvement en génère un autre et ainsi tout s’y transforme constamment. Elle est aussi l’art de la pleine conscience et de l'intensité de l'instant. Chaque mouvement compte, vibre, nous recrée et recrée notre environnement. Tout est là, maintenant, dans la trace qu’imprime le geste sur le sol, dans l’air, dans la rencontre. Nous danserons dans la perception subtile de ce qui est là, de ce qui passe, émeut, impacte. L'alchimie du mouvement nous permettra de nettoyer les mémoires du corps pour inscrire de nouvelles empreintes, d'élargir la palette de notre sensibilité, de notre imaginaire et de notre créativité.

Ouvert à toutes et tous, quels que soient votre âge, votre condition physique, votre expérience ou non de la danse.

Horaires : samedi 14h30 - 19h

Tarif : 70€.

Dance is in essence an ephemeral art. Each movement generates another and thus everything is constantly changing. It is also the art of full awareness and intensity of the moment. Each movement counts, vibrates, recreates us and our environment. Everything is there, now, in the trace that the gesture leaves on the ground, in the air, in the encounter. We will dance in the subtle perception of what is there, of what passes, moves, impacts. The alchemy of movement will allow us to cleanse the body's memories in order to inscribe new imprints, to widen the palette of our sensitivity, our imagination and our creativity.

Open to all, whatever your age, your physical condition, your experience or not of dance.

Times: Saturday 2.30 pm - 7 pm

Price : 70€.
