The Freedom Frequency.

Bi-Monthly community dance in Brisbane.

This Friday night open class invites you to explore the Rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, unlocking the power of movement as a conduit to freedom.

A dance dojo. A space to let go.

These deep surging powerful rhythms are at their most profound, an invitation to awaken to our truth, and at their most basic, an outrageously fun opportunity to move the body and dance. You can't get it wrong. And you are always welcome exactly as you are. It is for anyone, any age, any shape, any level of fitness, any level of dance-ability. All you need is a body, and a willingness to move.

The session is $25 + bf for pre-registration or $25 cash at the door

Occurring on the 2nd +4th Fridays of each month 7-9pm

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
