OPIS
Online classes in English & Italian.
We will have a different topic in each class to explore through our 5Rhythms dance and movement practice.
I stop with the online classes in the spring and then start again in the autumn. To be sure contact me for confirmation of dates in that period.
Classi online in cui il focus sarà diverso ogni volta, basata sulla pratica dei 5Ritmi. In primavera sospendo con le classi fino all'autunno quindi meglio contattarmi per conferma che c'e la classe.
