OPIS

This will be a monthly class. Every second Sunday of the month. 

The Yellow is an amazing community space in Wembley, London. 

We'll come together in the dance from 6.00pm - 8.00pm. 

From 8.00 - 8.45pm, they'll be optional space to have tea and chill with each other until 8.45pm, before leaving. 

It's is a non-judgemental space for you to listen and follow how your body needs to move from moment to magical moving moment. 

Each time we come to the dance floor, we begin again. Creating a new canvas as we move through the space. 

As Gabrielle Roth, who created this practice said 'If you don't do your dance, who will?' To follow and listen, letting each shape, unfold, re-shaping our environment, from the inside out. 

Let the dance Restore, Reshape and Re-story.
