For over 13 years, the 5Rhythms practice has given me a sacred space - alone and with community - to bring myself, no matter what is going on for me in my life, or what I feel - whether tired, shattered, deep or joyful...

The 5R practice has helped me meet and accept myself and re-member my own healing - to bring embodied presence, awareness and clear, loving action into my life. 

I am dedicated to bring my love of the dance and offer this 5R practice as sacred space to all who bring themselves.  Let us come together and dance!!!
