Chaos is the rhythm that creates a beat, a rather fast one, that if you follow it allows your body to receive/release source energy. Source energy has a high vibration/frequency which dissolves structures of fear, stress, tensions etc. and when your body is flooded by this energy quality it is as if you are “lifted up”, you feel lighter, more “weightless” and you do not feel so stuck in your problems. On the contrary, you may feel that “now I have energy to face my difficulties”. Chaos is the rhythm that embraces all aspect in me, all opposites, everything is there and everything comes up in this fast beat, I cannot stop anything from appearing in case I stay with the beat, and suddenly – if it happens – I feel how everything is unified in me. All energies from all the different aspects just unify and I do not know anything else than the feeling of inner unified harmony. It is transformation into something new that cannot be described at that moment. And I do not know what possibilities it will bring in my life. But the feeling of harmony prevails my body. And we will of course dance through all The 5 Rhythms, many waves, as always, which is our practice, and which enables us to constantly be in a state where our bodies move, express, release, create and integrate whatever is relevant.
