The pandemic has given us a new perspective on life, on ourselves.

 Now, How? How do we connect? 

In this retreat, we will move into our embodied hearts and give a listen. We will find the subtle directive, bringing us ever closer to a newer and sustaining mutuality. As we explore, with reference, deep integration of what we have experienced and learned over the past 15 months while simultaneously moving toward greater connectedness with others and the larger world.  

Join us for this in-person gathering, June 18th to 20th at Buffalo Gap Retreat, 2 hours from DC. We will dance in an outdoor pavilion surrounded by mountains. We are currently limiting attendance to 35 dancers so each person has 10+ feet of space to socially distance on the dance floor. Dancers who want extra space can dance in the grass surrounding the pavilion. Buffalo Gap pavilion floor is smooth enough for most people to dance barefoot, but if you have tender feet we recommend that you bring dance shoes.
