to move between contraction and expansion,

between the inner and the outer, following the pulse of life.

In the body, tension appears again and again.

And through the dance, little by little, we soften, we release,

allowing energy to unfold freely.

We will explore the five rhythms —Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—

as pathways to let go of structure, empty the mind,

and allow the body to lead the journey.

It’s not about moving to get somewhere,

but about moving to inhabit yourself.
