In this workshop we will explore what we stand for and how we relate to the world. Through movement and metaphor , we will gain insight into the connection between our expression and what's in our heart and how to bring more clarity, integrity and respect into our relationships ,as we discover and develop in the second Rhythm of Staccato, our "Power of Loving". This is the second in a series of five one day workshops, to give us the opportunity to experience more deeply what each Rhythm has to offer. You are welcome to take as many or as few of these workshops as you like.BILJEŠKE
No previous experience is necessary. Just a willingness to move and be moved. Please bring a water bottle, comfortable layers of clothing a journal/notebook and pen and your lunch. Workshop Hours: 10.30am - 5.00pm
