On this longest night of the year, we will dance with the full moon irradiating inspiration and meditation on all of us. Soft light and soft breath exploring our essence in the depth of our soul. Stepping gently into another season. Another journey. Another wave. All the way to Stillness. Let's meet here.

No Prerequisites. The hours of this class qualify for the Waves requirement for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.

ACSF is located in the heart of the Mission at the corner of 22th and Mission St. It's directly above 'Sketchers' and accessible by MUNI lines 14, 49, 38R, 72R and BART 24th St. Mission Station.

Plenty of free street parking on 22nd St, Mission St and nearby after 6pm. Closest parking garage is Mission Bartlett Garage-Lot #204, entrance on 21st St and Bartlett St.
