We will take a deep dive into exploring the Rhythm of Stillness, seeing how you connect to the gateway of this rhythm's energy. Aspects of yourself that have been undercover will surface as you dance. The practice of how to meet the shadow with curiosity and activate the light with your movement will enrich your connection to living a dynamic existence!

Friday's dance session will focus on clearing the shadow of Still, numbness. And we will use all rhythms to do this.

The Saturday session will provide time to embody the purity of STILLNESS. The space holder of all the rhythms, in Stillness we explore the depths of slow movements moving out into the expansive reaches. Stillness is Divinely connected to breath and body, a practice in feeling and integrating in the pauses and being with sensations of wholeness.
