A SERIES OF FIVE SUNDAY OPEN MEETINGS IN LJUBLJANA 

Dear dancers,

ahead of us is a series of five open meetings in Ljubljana. We will meet on Sundays at 6.30 pm, the meetings will last for 2 hours.

Sunday, November 21st, 2021, "Watch it flow", led by Anže

Sunday, November 28th, 2021, "My heart goes boom boom boom", led by Anže

Sunday, December 5th, 2021, "Free your mind," led by Martina

Sunday, December 12th, 2021, "Grateful", led by Martina - cancelled because of education of both teachers

Sunday, December 19th, 2021, "A New Vision", led by Anže

The dance is bigger than us and if we trust it and surrender to it with all the body parts, it pulls us into its flow. There are only two options, are you in the flow or are you out of the flow. It's like making a click. You fall into a space of timelessness, where circling seems to be a natural state. A space where you don't have spin in your head despite circling. A space where the head does not lead. A space where you start to enjoy your own company. A space where you start to connect with other streams from your own stream. A space that is always with you and to which you can always return. And that awareness is reassuring.

Applications are required by e-mail anze.bertoncelj@gmail.com, no later than Sunday by 3 p.m. You will receive a more detailed location upon registration. The dance starts at 6:30 p.m.

PCT is a mandatory condition for meetings.

Without steps or choreography to learn - instead, learn to listen to ourselves and our body through dance, movement and breathing.
