NEW LOCATION: Neue Schönhauser Strasse 16, 10178 Berlin Mitte. Backyard between Neue Schönhauser Strasse and Dirksen Strasse.
This is an extended 3 hour class

With the support of empowering music, following Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms map, BODY WAVES playfully invoke high physical presence and passionate dancing. Participants are guided into a deepening relationship with their outer and inner body, creating many moments to still the mind and liberate physically in the here and now through dance. Let your body move naturally to open and to awaken to its beauty. Movement becomes the medicine, the meditation and the metaphor.

Den 5 Rhythmen von Gabrielle Roth folgend evozieren BODY WAVES spielerisch physische Präsenz und leidenschaftliches Tanzen. Mit Hilfe von körper-ermächtigender Musik werden Teilnehmer in eine vertiefende Beziehung zu ihrem physischen Inneren und Äußeren geleitet mit zahlreichen befreienden 'Jetzt und Hier' Momenten. Bewegung wird zur Medizin, zur Meditation und zur Metapher.
