5Rhythms is a dance for the whole of you, whoever you are.

Follow your flow, express your clarity, trust your intuition, expand into new possibilities, and land back into the here and now.

This class is led by accredited 5Rhythms teachers Eliza Bouwens and Ben Deutsch.

A new beginning...

In February 2016, Eliza Bouwens and Ben Deutsch launched Hyde Park Waves, a monthly 5Rhythms class that offered the unique experience of working with two teachers in one class.

After nearly three years of collaborations, we're excited to announce that the class will be moving to a new home in the studios of Yorkshire Dance, in Leeds City Centre. In keeping with the move, we'll also be adopting a new name "City Waves". The first class is coming up on Saturday 26th January.

We'd love for you to join us for this new beginning.
