5Rhythms wurde als Methode des Conscious Dance von Gabrielle Roth in den 1960er-Jahren im Esalen Institute, Big Sur, Kalifornien, entwickelt. Themen der Ausstellung summer of love spiegeln sich im Workshop wider: Durch Embodiment, Körperbewusstsein, Atemfluss, kreativen Ausdruck und bewegtes Loslassen werden intuitiver Tanz, Herzöffnung- und Bewusstseinserweiterung herbeigeführt – ganzheitlich, befreiend und drogenfrei. 5Rhythms, Flowing-Staccato-Chaos-Lyrical-Stillness,“ folgt der organischen Entwicklung von Energie und macht essenzielle Aspekte von Energie und Ausdruck erfahrbar. Nach einer kurzen Einführung in die Ausstellung geht es mit der 5Rhythmen-Lehrerin Irene Husung um Körperintuition und Freude an der bewegten Begegnung, um „people in motion“, wie es in dem berühmten Song „San Francisco“ heißt. Beim Dance In ist jeder willkommen, ohne Voraussetzungen, in bequemer Kleidung und möglichst barfuß.
Kosten: € 15 / Ermäßigt € 12, inklusive Eintritt zur Ausstellung - Eintrittskarten sind im Ticket-Shop und an der Kasse erhältlich.

5Rhythms, a conscious dance method, was developed by Gabrielle Roth at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California, in the 1960s. Themes of the summer of love exhibition are being reflected in the workshop: via embodiment, body awareness, flow of breath, creative expression, and letting go in motion we invite intuitive dance, heart opening, and expansion of consciousness - holistically, liberating, drug free. 5Rhythms, flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness, follow the organic unfolding of energy, allowing to experience essential aspects of energy and expression. After a short introduction to the exhibition, certified 5Rhythms® teacher Irene Husung will facilitate body intuition and the joy of moving togther —“people in motion,” to quote the famous song “San Francisco.” Dance In welcomes everybody, without prerequisites, just comfortable clothes and barefoot if possible.
