The intention of this class is to offer a regular practice of the 5Rhythms. A class might provide a general introduction, explore a given theme through the 5Rhythms Wave, or focus on a particular aspect of just one rhythm. Come and experience high energy and bliss in motion! Drop ins are welcome.
