Ongoing group of 6 Wednesdays, please register in advance for the full series. Each evening, we'll put the emphasis on one particular rhythm within a whole wave. You are welcome, whatever your experience, age, shape, fitness and possible physical limitations - they can all be brought into movement, in your unique way, respecting how you are and what you feel right now.AANTEKENINGEN
Gym hall of the school De oogappel. This series of 6 Wednesdays is programmed from 5 February to 18 March with three gaps, more info on our website, 7:30pm to 9:30pm, doors open from 7:15pm. 75€ for the series.
